Monha Public Housing (Phase 2) and Monha Games Building (Basement Structure Works) The project site is about 130 meters long and 90 meters wide, consisting 3 levels of basement carpark. Piling foundation varies from 1.5 to 3 meters diameter concrete bore piles. A 5-storey podium includes various facilities such as public bus interchange, community facilities and multi-layered green park. There are two residential building each of 31-storey sitting on the podium.
